What to know before your sauna session

Skin Bar wants you to drink non-caffeinated liquids prior to your sauna session. We also want you to refrain from eating within the hour of your sauna session, as this will assist your body to detox more effectively.
We also want you to wear as little clothes as you are comfortable with. Your sauna session is in a private room for your comfort and privacy. There are freshly laundered towels available for your comfort, and we encouraged you to frequently towel off the sweat to help the body to perspire more freely. In addition, we encourage you to shower prior to your sauna session to assist in opening your pores, and refrain from utilizing oils and lotions, as these can block pores and prevent perspiration as well.
