Skin Bar wants you to drink non-caffeinated liquids prior to your sauna session. We also want you to refrain from eating within the hour of your sauna session, as this will assist your body to detox more effectively.

There are freshly laundered towels available for your comfort, and we encouraged you to frequently towel off the sweat to help the body to perspire more freely.
