Julie Bennett, FNP-C, NP
Skin Bar was founded by Julie Bennett, Family Nurse Practitioner, who brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field and a lifelong passion for helping others look and feel their best. Julie’s vision was to create a space where clinical expertise and luxury coexist; a place where every client receives the highest standard of care in an environment of elegance and tranquility.
Her approach combines advanced medical knowledge with a personalized, compassionate touch. Julie’s leadership has shaped Skin Bar into a place where clients experience more than treatments. It is where confidence is built and self care is elevated.
In 2009, Julie expanded her passion for patient care into the aesthetic industry, stepping into what she calls “the world of aesthetic lasers.” Today, she is a national nurse trainer for a leading aesthetic laser company, traveling across the United States to train physicians on advanced laser technologies while continuing to share her expertise and care with clients at Skin Bar.
Jettie Watkins
An Austin native, Jettie began her career in aesthetics in 2000 and became licensed in permanent makeup in 2014. In 2020, she expanded into medical aesthetics, where she now serves as an advanced provider while also overseeing the wellness side of the clinic. Her work bridges aesthetic medicine and whole-body wellness, with a focus on weight loss, peptide therapies, and regenerative treatments.
Known for her thoughtful, personalized approach, she treats every patient with the goal of enhancing both how they look and how they feel. Her expertise includes biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse, and PRF) injectables, advanced laser treatments, permanent makeup, and regenerative procedures, Jettie delivers natural, long-term results. Patients often leave her care not only refreshed, but more confident, supported, and genuinely better than when they walked in.
Outside of the clinic, she is married to her high school sweetheart, a Fire Chief at Joint Base San Antonio, and is a proud mom of four; three boys and one daughter.
Deja Ladson
As a Licensed Esthetician, Deja has a way of making you feel completely at ease from the moment you step into her treatment room. With a gentle, down-to-earth approach and serious skincare skills, she’s passionate about helping women feel confident in their skin. Trained in laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation, Deja takes a personalized, results-focused approach to every service she offers. Born and raised in Austin, she brings local charm and professionalism to everything she does. And while you’ll usually find her in the back creating glowing skin, she also helps out at the front desk. Always ready with a warm smile and a genuine welcome.

As the Front Desk Coordinator at Skin Bar Texas, Summer has been a trusted and welcoming presence for more than two years. She is often the first face clients see and the friendly voice they hear when reaching out, setting the tone for a calm and personalized experience from the very beginning.

With over 25 years of experience in outside sales, she brings a deep understanding of client relationships and brand representation to the beauty and fashion industry. Her background includes skincare with Dermalogica, luxury eyewear as a Prada brand ambassador, apparel and footwear, and a French hair care line, along with five years of hands on retail experience.
She has a true passion for beauty, style, and helping clients feel confident in their own skin. Her success is rooted in building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and coworkers, creating an environment grounded in trust, expertise, and personalized care.
